Jane our Yoga instructor has practiced for over ten years and has International accreditation from the Kundalini Yoga Research Organisation. She conducts gentle yoga for all ages, yogalates and pregnancy yoga.
Gentle yoga is run on a Tuesday at 12.15pm and incorporates techniques that help relieve muscular tension and pain, expand lung capacity, reduce stress and improve balance.
Yogalates is a combination of yoga and Pilates and is suitable for people of all ages. It focuses on improving flexibility, reducing muscular tension and pain, reducing stress, improving balance, and strengthening postural and core muscles of the body. It is conducted on a Wednesday evening from 6.45pm.
Pregnancy Yoga is a safe, simple and effective way to maintain relaxation and strength during pregnancy. Share your experiences of pregnancy with other women and relax through yoga and meditation. Yoga will assist you in balancing emotions; develop self confidence and courage as your journey through motherhood progresses.
